Manpower Outsourcing is a complete solution whereby Altairaa not only provides staff placement but also manages the following HR functions for those staff.

  • Maintenance of employees’ payroll records
  • Processing of payroll and crediting into employees’ bank accounts

  • Presentation of statutory reports for EPF, SOSCO, Income Tax, HRDF, etc.

Background Verifications

The following Background Verifications are done on candidates to ensure they are bonafide and best suited for placement.

Independent Reference Check

We pursue information on work performance, adaptability, customer service, employee relations, learning skills, teamwork skills and communication skills.

Employment Verification Check

  • We pursue information on dates of hire, titles and positions held, eligibility for re-employment Education Verification Check (upon request by client).
  • We are able to obtain information on schools or colleges attended, dates, confirmation of graduation, qualifications attained Criminal Vetting (upon request by client).
  • We are able to obtain information on criminal records, convictions and acquittals.

Outsourcing of HR Department

Organisations may also opt to outsource the entire HR department under Altairaa’s management. This covers all or selected employees of the organisation. The HR functions and verifications that are carried out are similar to those done for Manpower Outsourcing.

  • Maintenance of hard surfaces of walkways and corridors on a daily basis, removing all loose soil and making wet cleaning more effective and complete.
  • Regular cleaning, sanitization and inspection of common restrooms and locker rooms. On – site management team, and technical research and development specialists as needed are available.
